Long years ago, i had testing some methods for administrate my time and achieve my personal objectives, into these objectives that occupy much of my time is the programming languages learning necessary for will get a job into software development industry, during these experiments I am tested a bit of all, has being unsuccessful some methods, but in the process i had learning interesting things that surely serve to you.
Where does the need to manage time arise in my life?
In my life i have been a curious person and i have difficult in focus my attention in an only thing, start a new project and after quit, but finally i have this guilty sentiment for not achieve my objectives, i was getting old to my thirty years old and i had not managed to be who want to be while i see the others have been successfully in your lifes, so I had to think about how to focus my life and take action on the matter to achieve a portion of that happiness.
4 big decisions that i had to take.
The word decision is synonymous of death, mourning and resignation, is the action of cut ties with things that in your life amuse you but in long term harms you like end with toxic relationship or a vice, but so can mean sacrifice and bet previously in things that not want to do but that in the future would bring a benefit at your life, next the decisions i plan to make.
I decide leave behind all things that dependents of the approbation of third parties how: new friendships or couple, because get too much time of my life for try to please with the certain risk that never will be happy
I decide leave the all activities that not contribute to the personal growth or utility like drawing, illustration, music and videogames, because the value is subjective and depends of the third-party approbation.
I decide focus in enhance my survivor life style, the pandemic confinement i was understood the need of to be prepared for extreme situations.
I decide focus my attention in only three objectives maximum, spend the concentration in more objectives is procrastinate.
Methods that i used for time management.
During many years i was tested many forms of manage the time, some was suggestions from friends and others has been methods that i was try following any plan of internet, I say in advance that not all methods are good and that depends of your auto known.
get up early and go to bed too late: This methos don't work because force your health and mental fatigue, however, get up early enhance your dicipline.
Stay up late for enhance concentration: Is a method few recommended, due that your body getting old faster, also the next day your performance decay, although i had known persons that used this method and is fine.
Make activity list to complete: Is a partially efective method, but in my case i finished write notes in all places, at the beginning became wailing wall and then i stop reading notes. between the things that i was test Trello application is interesting and useful.
Measure the time with applications that monitor your activity: Is very useful for shame to you for so much procrastination and is very effective to know how many times is dedicated to leisure, but it been a program that start in background, you forgot to activate or review.
The pomodoro method and similar: I was test but i don't like, because when i was entertained in my objective i don't need rest, the inspiration flies out and i feel that this method forces your biology.
Join different study areas in one journal: It's an interesting manner of optimizing time, also is very intense, is really efective when the objectives are aligned in only direction.

The methods that find increase the number of active hours for increase the probability of make some useful, is a bullshit, pomodoro, stay up late only wear you down, manage the hours of sleep is better and find a time of day when you are most productive.
Force your body with stimulant drinks, you are keeping most awake with caffeine, but you kill your liver and kidneys.
Care too much your health, only then can full performance, is better find efficiency in to improve in short time periods.
Write is useful, but you must have control of your notes, take care of not spread in all places and write useless tasks.
If a task is huge, is better divide it in little tasks, so think this task like some huge it's very discouraging for your brain.
If a little task but very important, do it right away, but DON'T get addicted to do always the little task without importance only because it's an easy reward for your brain.
If your objective is ambiguous how: reduce weight, save more money, learn a new skill, you are condemned to fail. The best way to approach these objectives is define it, for example: reduce x kilograms of weight in x months, save a X percent of my salary, get the basic level of X skill in X months. This is quantifiable and therefore measurable.
If something is measurable, is controllable, so you can do a tracing of your progress and you will appreciate how much you improve.
If you start a new objective, start step by step and increase continuously the dedicated time to work until is convert in a habit.
Don't get skill only for being more skillful, must be find a good reason for sacrifice your time, learn is not read, else practice too much and above all feel motivated and cheerful while you practice, if not feel it something is bad.
If for achieve something skill must be spend in material, initially spend in the very cheaper, when your skill is decent then spend in better quality materials. Many people make the mistake of buy something expensive for motivate to practice, but they are demotivating and only they regret of not achieve your objective and they having spent so much in something expensive and wasted.
If you can automatize some tasks, do it, all that allow us to achieve more in less time, is an invaluable resources saver.
Try not to burn too much with the same topics, that's why it's good meet with three objectives not related simultaneously, because if you feel tired with a topic, change to other temporally, otherwise end up hating it.
To rest is good, enjoy off to do your hobbies or watch tv, but always be aware of your time.
Eliminate everything that distracts your attention, like notify alerts, news accounts, web sites or youtubers subscriptions and let only that is crucial.
In summary, for achieve your objectives try to focus your attention and time in only activity, but is necessary to keep your motivation, health and get new habits.
